Who you are dealing with

Doorbuster Studio is operated by Tyasi LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, PO Box 20324, Knoxville, TN 37940. These terms cover this website and any package you buy from it. By buying, you agree to them.

For businesses

Our packages are for businesses. By buying, you confirm you are at least 18 and are buying for a business you are allowed to act for.

What you buy

Each package is a one-time purchase of a set number of holiday marketing emails, written and designed for your shop, with subject lines, preview text, banner images, a send calendar and import instructions. The package page says how many emails are included. You send the emails yourself from your own email platform; we never access your account or your list.

Delivery

We deliver by email within 72 hours of receiving the details we need (your store, your email platform and your offer). If we need something else, such as a logo, we ask right away, and the 72 hours run from your answer.

How we make it

We write and design campaigns with the help of software tools, including AI, and check every email against your store, products and offer before it reaches you. Deliverables are marketing material for you to review and approve; you decide what to send and remain responsible for your offers, prices and compliance with email marketing law.

Changes

We revise copy and design free until the campaign is right for your shop, and update the files free if your offer or dates change before Black Friday.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. If we can't deliver what your package describes, or we decide we can't take on your order, we refund what you paid in full to your card within 10 business days.

What you give us

Only share information you're allowed to share. We use it only to deliver your order, as our Privacy Policy describes. You own what we deliver to you once it's paid for, to use for your business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

Tennessee law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Knox County, Tennessee.
