Who we are

Businesses we contact

We email independent shops about our holiday email packages. For that we keep business information only: the business name, website, city and state, the public listing or guide where we found it, and a work email address the business publishes on its own website. We check each address with an email verification service before we send, and we send at most three emails about this offer. We don't buy email lists and don't collect anything behind a login.

Customers

When you order, Stripe takes your payment under its own privacy policy and sends us your name, email, business name, what you bought and the details you entered at checkout. We never see your full card number. We use what you send us, and public information from your store such as product names, prices and photos, only to make and deliver your campaign.

Sharing

Only with service providers that help us run the studio: email sending and verification, hosting, payments, and software tools, including AI services, that help us write and design your emails. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Details of a business we contacted and don't work with: deleted 12 months after our last email. Customer orders: kept for 7 years for tax and accounting. Opt-outs: kept permanently so we never email that address again.

Opting out

Reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or use the opt-out link in it. We stop within 24 hours, usually at once, and the opt-out also covers every other brand operated by Tyasi LLC.

Your rights

Email us from the address concerned to ask what we hold, to correct it or to delete it. We answer within 45 days and keep only a do-not-contact entry after deleting.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies.
